<p>Reprise mesurée des transactions : Le premier trimestre 2025 confirme une dynamique encourageante, avec un volume de transactions en nette progression par rapport à 2024, et une confiance retrouvée des acheteurs.  </p>
<p>Stabilisation des prix : Après une baisse de 2,1 % en 2024, les prix des logements anciens se stabilisent, avec même une légère progression au printemps 2025 (appartements +1,7 %, maisons +0,3 %). Les notaires évoquent des perspectives prudentes mais positives.  </p>
<p>Crédits immobiliers plus accessibles : Les taux d’intérêt baissent, autour de 3,2 % début 2025, ce qui redonne du pouvoir d’achat aux acquéreurs et offre un contexte favorable aux emprunts.  </p>
